Psychotherapy Index is owned and operated by Psychotherapy Index, as part of the Iomart group ("Iomart"). Iomart is a UK based company and so all legal issues related to this agreement shall be construed and determined by UK law and legal system and full jurisdiction is given to the UK courts.

By accessing this site you ("user") accept and agree to be bound to these terms of use ("terms"), if you do not fully accept to be bound by these terms please do not use the website. These terms may be modified at any time by Iomart at any time; users are bound by this modification as soon as they return to Psychotherapy Index so please check these terms periodically.

All contents of this website are owned by Iomart including but not limited to text, graphics and logos are protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. Company names, logos and websites are copyright their respective owners. Psychotherapy Index contains licensed data from BT.

Permitted Use

The user is permitted to view Psychotherapy Index purely for personal, non-commercial use. Each user is permitted to submit up to 50 manual searches per day, users are not permitted to use automated query tools upon the search or any other part of Psychotherapy Index. Data saved from Psychotherapy Index may not be modified, reproduced, re-displayed other than printed directly from Psychotherapy Index or distributed in any way. All material saved from Psychotherapy Index must be destroyed upon breach of any of the terms laid out by this document.

Termination

Psychotherapy Index may terminate access to the website or any part of these terms for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Users may terminate the agreement at any time, all material collected from Psychotherapy Index must then be destroyed. Please note that returning to Psychotherapy Index constitutes an agreement to these terms.
